Description
Refractory diatomite insulating brick blending the porous diatomite, which is the main raw material with alittle bonding clay, and agitate them to make the pug, and molding, drying, and firing, them the diatomaceous heat insulation a kind of heat insulation material that is widely used in various industrial kilns and thermal piping, te safe operation temperature is 900diatomite insulating brick can be formed by extrude machine and thencut into pieces by steel wire. Diatomite insulating brick can also shaped by plastic method. It can be cut into the exact size you need after itfired.

Main features: Diatomite insulating brick with lower bulk density, lowerthermal conductivity and high strength.

Strong adsorbability/ light weight /sound insulation /wear resistancehigh temperature resistance/ acid resistanceapplication: Diatomite insulating brick is largely used in the tunnel kilnsand various furnaces where the thermal insulation is needed.

It is mostly applied heat preservation of pipeline transportation equipments of the gas and the liquid in electric power, metallurgy, engineering, chemical industry, petroleum industries etc. Also, it is used to the thermal protective coating of high temperature pyrology equipment within electric furnace, heating furnace, steel furnace, annealing furnace, and glass furnace etc.

Note: Special size of diatomite insulation brickis are available accordingto your requirements.

Diatomite insulating brick is produced from high quality diatomite raw material. Clay need to be added into the raw material in order to get enough strength. In order to improve the insulation properties of diatomaceous insulation brick, combustible ingredients are mixed in, such as asbestos fibers, sawdust and etc. After drying , the diatomite insulation brick is fired in the temperature between 900 to 1000 C.

Diatomite brick is available from 0.4 to 1.0 bulk density, it is mainly used as insulating materials for industrial furnaces and other thermal equipments, heating pipelines.

Diatomite brick packing

Diatomite bricks are packed in carton, and put carton on wooden pallet, wrapped with plastic film outside. There are 10 piece in one carton, 48 carton on one pallet and 24 pallet in one 20 feet container for 230m*114mm*65mm size bricks

Diatomite brick minimum order

One full 20’’ container load.

Insulation brick delivery time

20 working days after receiving 30% deposit.

The brick is meant for heat-insulation of buildings, industrial equipment (air heaters of blast furnaces, coke-oven plants, glass furnaces and their regenerators, thermal generating units in cement industry, hydroelectric baths, smelting furnaces and heating furnaces, boilers, pipelines, generating units in non-ferrous metallurgy, oil and chemical industry, ceramic and refractory industry, etc.) under 900°C temperature of insulated surface.

Bick is polished at six edges. It belongs to the group of nonflammable materials and could be used for fire protection of steel, reinforced concrete and wood constructions as well as in residential and industrial building.
